The Inter-American Law Review (IALR) is a scholarly legal periodical published three times a year by law students of the University of Miami School of Law. The IALR provides a forum in which major international and inter-American legal developments are discussed.
The IALR contains articles, comments, current reports, and special features by distinguished authorities on international banking and finance, taxation, international trade and commerce, the oceans and aviation, immigration, and Latin American economic integration.
Lawyers, businessmen, professors, and students of inter-American and international law will find the IALR an invaluable source of information regarding recent legal developments in the Western Hemisphere.
The Inter-American Citator is a guide to uniform citation of Latin American, South American, and Caribbean sources for use by authors and practitioners. The Citator was developed in cooperation with foreign universities and governments. The first edition was printed in IALR volume 33 issue 2/3. The Inter-American Citator is a living document and future editions will greatly benefit from any new information, updates, or changes offered by its users.
