International & Comparative Law Review
As Globalization replaced the Cold War as the dominant political and cultural paradigm, students at the University of Miami School of Law established the Yearbook of International Law to inform the world's academic, legal, and business communities of the changing international legal landscape.
In 1998, the Yearbook assumed a new name: the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. The Review continues contributing to the dialogue on developments in international law by publishing bi-annual issues containing scholarly articles on a variety of topics written by prominent practitioners, politicians, professors, and students from around the globe.
