Submissions

The University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review does not currently have a specific call for papers, but is accepting scholarly articles and papers relating to international and comparative law.  Scholarly articles and papers are accepted for possible publication on all topics relating to international and comparative law.

Papers should utilize a recognized system of citation, preferably THE BLUEBOOK: A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATION, 18th ed. Submissions should include one hard copy of the proposed paper and one electronic copy. Hard copies of papers should be submitted to the following address:

Electronic copies should be email as an attachment to UMICLR@law.miami.edu.

The deadline for notification of intent to submit is June 15, 2007, and may be sent via e-mail to umiclr@students.law.miami.edu. The deadline for paper submission is July 15, 2007. Authors will be notified by the Review in writing if their papers are selected for publication. While editors of the Review reserve the right to edit the paper prior to publication, any alterations made will be submitted to the author for final approval, at which time any updates may be submitted by the author. Publication of this issue is tentatively set for Fall 2007.
